"Fresh cut mesquite piled at the entrance prepared us for serious barbeque and we were not disappointed. The lean brisket, pork ribs and sausage were all remarkably tender and bathed in a soul-warming sauce. The accompanying cole slaw, light on the mayonnaise, delivered a just-made crunch, and our baked potato sported sour cream as genuine as the vintage oil company signs on the walls. Wine by the mug and premium beer."
